The fragrance that hit my nasal sense when I opened the parcel of lobster pinenut risotto left my mind boggled.
The tittilating aroma of fresh shell-fish and white wine hurried me to try a generous mouthful of the gooey mass. My tongue hit a chunk of sweet tender flesh that I quickly bit into. The gooey grains of rice so flavoursome by the bisque they were cooked in and a soft sweet crunch from the pine-nuts.
I was savouring this heavenly meal in a taxi that my Sweet-heart had made .The taste blocked every commotion in the back-ground.I felt I was being loved.
Thats what great food does to you-forget the world and linger in the happiness that food creates for you.
As a Chef who eager to learn always- I want to create culinary pleasures that leaves one spell-bound.
